Amega processes personal data you provide to us. We respect your privacy and protect the personal data you share with us. Below is an overview of the personal data we may process:

  • Employment level and experience
  • Driver’s license ownership
  • Motivation letter and CV
  • Other relevant (unstructured) data provided by you, such as emails you send to us or uploaded photos

Why We Process Personal Data

Amega processes your personal data in connection with your application. This data is used for evaluation during the recruitment and selection process, as well as for communication regarding your application.

How Long We Retain Data

Amega retains your personal data only as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected or to comply with legal obligations.

Retention of Personal Data from Applications

  • Personal data provided through the application form, including motivation letters and CVs sent via email or uploaded on our website, is retained for a maximum of 4 weeks after the evaluation of your application.
  • If we wish to keep your information on file for future opportunities, your data will be retained for a maximum of 2 years, subject to your consent. You will be notified of this by email.

Website Visits

When you visit our website, your IP address and the pages you visit are logged. The data collected by Google Analytics is anonymized and is not linked to your name, company, or email address. These data are retained indefinitely within Google Analytics.

Sharing Data with Third Parties

Amega may share your personal data with affiliated companies, including Amega Groep B.V., Ames Auto Lease B.V., or Captive Finance B.V. Your data will only be used for job applications with these entities or if the HR department deems your profile suitable for another position within these companies.

Amega will respond to your request as soon as possible and within the legally required time frame.

  • The right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
  • The right to object to processing based on Amega's or a third party’s legitimate interests, depending on your personal circumstances.
